Vilab sells the preventive check-up packages Vilab Essential, Vilab Comprehensive and Vilab Advanced, which include laboratory tests and a follow-up medical consultation. The details of each service, including the tests included and the total price in Mexican pesos (MXN), are shown before payment begins.
Card payments are processed through Openpay, our payment gateway. When you confirm your purchase you will be redirected to Openpay's secure platform to enter your card details; Vilab does not capture or store your full card number or security code (CVV). When the payment finishes you will see a confirmation screen with the status of your transaction (completed or failed) and the details of your purchase.
You may request cancellation of your package at no cost if sample collection or the virtual consultation has not yet been scheduled. Once scheduled, cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellation or refund requests are handled through the contact channels listed below and are resolved within up to 10 business days. For cancellations initiated by the customer for reasons not attributable to Vilab, the amount refunded may deduct the expenses actually incurred, paid or committed by Vilab at the time it receives your request, in accordance with our refund policy.
After you confirm your purchase, our team will contact you within the next 3 business days to schedule your tests and your virtual consultation. Result delivery times depend on the selected tests and the assigned provider; the estimated time is confirmed before the appointment. Most results are delivered within 24 to 72 hours, except for tests that require additional processing. As this is a health service, no shipping costs or delivery times for physical goods apply.
