How to request the deletion of your data

Information needed
Include your full name, contact phone number and a brief description of the information you want deleted. If you made a purchase or scheduled a service, add any detail that helps us locate your request, such as the approximate date of contact or the package purchased.
Verification
To protect your privacy, we may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before processing the deletion. We will not ask for passwords or full bank card details.
How we handle it
Once your request is received and verified, we will review the systems where Vilab processes your data and delete or anonymize the information that is no longer needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations or keep minimal administrative evidence.
Limited retention
In some cases we may keep certain records for the time required by legal, tax, accounting or security obligations, fraud prevention or the handling of claims. Where this retention applies, we will limit the use of that data to those purposes.
